Deposit, Pickup & Transport Policy


All deposits are non-refundable. Dogs must be picked up or transport must be arranged and approved by FurEver Friends Danbury within 48 hours of the deposit being made. Full payment, including applicable sales tax, is due at pickup within this 48-hour period.


If the dog is not picked up within the 48-hour timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited and the dog will be made available to the public. A late fee of $45 per calendar day may be paid to extend the hold period, subject to availability and approval.
